Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for system layout Plan and lay out piping systems for Marine life support, and chilled water applications Install, maintain, and repair piping systems using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., threading, soldering, Gluing) Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications Collaborate with engineers and other trades to coordinate system integration Conduct pressure and leak tests to verify system integrity Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems efficiently Requirements Proven experience in plumbing and pipefitting across residential, commercial, or industrial settings Strong understanding of life support systems (e.g., medical gas), heating systems, and chilled water distribution Ability to work with various pipe materials (PVC, CPVC copper, steel, No hub, SV) Proficiency in layout and installation of complex piping networks Skilled in using hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, threaders, and welding equipment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces Valid plumbing or pipefitting license/certification preferred Join our team of professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality plumbing solutions while ensuring safety and efficiency on every project.
