Requirements:

OSHA Certification Must have experience leading crews in construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial, labor, or related field work Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to keep team members organized, productive, and accountable Must be able to communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, project managers, and clients Ability to work days, nights, weekends, or varying schedules as needed Must have reliable transportation
