About the Role As a member of our café team, you'll help create the experience our customers have come to expect from Dark Moon. You'll prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, assist guests with our menu, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome every guest and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare coffee, espresso, matcha, and other café beverages with consistency Learn our menu and help customers find drinks and coffee they'll enjoy Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized café Work efficiently during busy periods Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming environment for new guests Follow all recipes, procedures, and quality standards Communicate clearly and work well with the rest of the team Accept feedback, continue learning, and contribute ideas Qualifications Previous barista or customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work independently when needed Able to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and adapt High school diploma or equivalent preferred Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must be of legal age to serve beer and wine in Nevada Valid Nevada Health Card and TAM Card required Job Details Full-time and part-time positions available Starting pay: $12 per hour plus tips Opportunity for a raise within two to four months based on performance Approximately 8 to 40 hours per week Eight-hour opening, mid, and closing shifts In-person position in Henderson, Nevada 89052 Benefits Employee discount Free coffee while working Flexible scheduling Paid training Paid sick time Paid time off after six months Why Dark Moon?
