We bring a proven, aggressive engine for digital marketing, automated lead generation, prospecting, and sales. We handle the back-office admin and keep the pipeline full so you can focus entirely on technical excellence. We are looking for a long-term professional to manage field operations, oversee labor, and serve as the licensed qualifier for the corporation. This is a fully compliant, legally structured corporate role built for long-term career stability and financial growth.

Core Responsibilities:
License Qualification:
Act as the designated qualifying individual for the business entity with the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB).
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day field operations, manage plumbing crews, and enforce rigorous quality control.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all field operations strictly adhere to local Nevada plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Active Nevada C-1
License:
Must hold an active Nevada Plumbing Contractor License (C-1 Classification) or fully meet all NSCB criteria to qualify the company immediately.
Clean Background Check:
Required for corporate licensing and NSCB qualification guidelines.
Proven Field Experience:
Verifiable history of residential/commercial plumbing and field team management.
Valid Driver's License:
Clean driving record required.

Performance Bonuses:
A reliable base salary combined with a structured corporate bonus model tied directly to operational volume and profitability. All employment and operational terms will be fully vetted, finalized, and bound through formal legal counsel.
