Typical project types include ground up, tilt ups, and tenant improvements in the retail, medical, and office field. Responsibilities Supervising crews in field on multiple ongoing projects Work closely with GC project managers and superintendents Meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects Understanding scope of work, managing RFI's, and approval of changes to the contracted work Hold weekly toolbox safety meeting and ensure that all OSHA safety requirements are being followed Promptly address arising problems and find resolutions Produce as-builts upon project completion Position Requirements 5 years journeyman plumber 3 years supervisory experience Ability to read construction plans Strong verbal and written communications skills Familiarity with computer programs used in construction field Produce take-offs for projects OSHA 30
