What to Expect The General Foreman, CSA works closely with the CSA Construction team, Construction Management, Project Supervision, and Safety teams to oversee CSA construction projects from initiation through completion. This role builds estimates, manages on-site crews, coordinates field activities, and ensures compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards while supporting project timelines and operational goals. What You'll Do
Supervise and lead on-site CSA construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards
Develop daily work plans and schedules for crew members, aligning with overall project timelines
Coordinate with project managers and other foremen to prioritize tasks and resolve on-site issues
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing applicable state and OSHA regulations
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications
Build takeoffs and estimates from blueprints to support planning and execution
Track progress, report updates to supervisors, and address delays or discrepancies promptly What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a General Foreman or similar lead role on construction, infrastructure, or related projects
Experience with Civil, Structural, Architectural, or site development projects
Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
Ability to read construction plans and blueprints and provide actionable feedback during execution
Experience building estimates and takeoffs from blueprints
Ability to work in a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and demanding project goals
