Job Description

Duties:
- Assist the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, logs, and other site documentation.
- Assist with daily project tracking, including manpower, equipment, materials, deliveries, and work progress.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel as needed.
- Help monitor material deliveries and ensure materials are received, organized, and properly stored.
- Assist with maintaining site schedules and communicating schedule updates to the appropriate team members.
- Support daily site meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, notes, and action items.
- Assist with maintaining safety documentation, inspections, training records, and incident reports.
- Help ensure the jobsite remains organized and follows company safety and housekeeping standards.
- Take photographs and maintain daily documentation of project progress.
- Assist with tracking RFIs, submittals, punch-list items, and other project documentation.
- Support the Site Manager with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and document control.
- Assist with tracking equipment and tools used on the project.
- Communicate site issues, delays, material shortages, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support successful completion of the solar project.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of construction or solar project experience.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Experience with daily reports, timesheets, delivery tracking, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with solar construction activities, including site preparation, racking, module installation, electrical work, and commissioning.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
