We work in customers' homes, where preparation, protection, cleanliness, professionalism, and finishing details matter just as much as putting paint on the wall. We are looking for an experienced painter with the ability to grow into a working crew lead. This is not a rushed production-painting position. We expect proper prep, clean lines, careful protection of floors and furnishings, organized job sites, respectful communication, and a finished product you would be proud to put your name on. We are willing to train the right person.
Non-negotiable standards:
- Thorough masking and protection of floors, furniture, fixtures, landscaping, and finished surfaces
- Proper sanding, caulking, patching, scraping, cleaning, and priming before paint is applied
- Clean, organized work areas throughout the job—not just at the end
- Strong cut lines, smooth rolling, correct spray technique, and attention to final details
- Respectful behavior in customers' homes and professional communication with homeowners and teammates
- Full cleanup, punch-list completion, and pride in leaving every project ready for final walkthrough Compensation and introductory period: Residential Painting Crew Lead /
Working Foreman Salary Range:

- Starting pay for lead is $26
- 28 per hour based on experience, references, and a paid working interview.
- The first 90 days are an introductory period with performance reviews at approximately 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Advancement into a lead role and pay of $29
- 32 per hour is earned—not automatic—and is based on consistent attendance, quality of prep and finish work, cleanliness, production, communication, ability to lead others, and successful job completion with minimal callbacks.
- Successful completion of the introductory period does not guarantee continued employment, a promotion, or a wage increase.
- Any wage or role change will be confirmed in writing.
