Job Description

Job Summary Brown Design and Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee and manage residential construction projects from the ground up. This is a hands-on, working foreman position —you'll be leading crews while actively participating in the build. The ideal candidate has strong field experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Serve as a working foreman , managing daily on-site construction activities while performing hands-on work Supervise and direct assigned crews to ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule Ensure all team members follow Brown Design and Construction policies, procedures, and safety standards Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site operations, including scheduling, material control, and workflow Provide accurate and timely reporting of labor hours, materials, and job-related costs Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment Coordinate with subcontractors and other on-site teams to resolve issues related to quality, safety, scheduling, and performance Assist project management with work plans, procedures, and job documentation to ensure project goals are met Qualifications Proven experience in the construction industry as a Foreman or equivalent leadership role Strong knowledge of residential construction practices and jobsite management Ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively Must have own tools and reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits $75,000 - $100,000 per year , based on experience Opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing, high-end residential construction company If you're a motivated leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow with a strong, dynamic construction team, we'd love to hear from you.
