McCarey Landscaping, Inc. is Hiring Foreman Salary Commensurate with Experience McCarey Landscaping, Inc., is a Commercial Landscaping Company that specializes in site work, erosion control, and grading. We are searching for a foreman to supervise and direct our construction crews at project sites.

Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Foreman to lead and supervise a team of skilled workers on our construction projects. This ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and direct the work of construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety regulation, project schedules, and quality standards.- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Manage project budgets and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and address potential problems or issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in landscaping site construction.
- Valid driver's license.
