• Self Perform Work Building Division Lead from the Front, Build with the Best.

Are you an experienced carpenter who can run a crew and still roll up your sleeves? If so, Milestone Construction wants you as a Working Foreman in our Self Perform Work Building Division. In this role, you'll split your time about 60% managing and 40% with the tools. You'll oversee crews delivering a wide range of commercial carpentry scopes

• framing, drywall, insulation, ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, casework, trim, and specialties
• keeping jobs safe, productive, and on schedule. What You'll Do Supervise and work alongside carpenters and laborers, setting daily goals and leading by example. Take on carpentry tasks about 40% of the time

Plan work, conduct daily huddles, and coordinate with project superintendents and other trades. Enforce safety rules and maintain high-quality standards on every job. Keep jobsites clean and safe. Track hours, labor budgets, materials, and productivity. Use Procore to document daily progress and report issues. What You Bring Strong background in commercial carpentry and interior construction. Experience leading crews on job sites

• foreman, lead carpenter, or similar.

Ability to read drawings, perform take-offs, and plan materials and manpower. Problem-solving skills and clear communication with crews and superintendents. Commitment to safety and first-time quality.

Pay & Benefits Base Salary:

$72,800

• $85,280 per year.

$8,000 company contribution toward coverage.

Retirement:

4% 401(k) company match.

Tools & Gear Allowance:

$500 annual allowance. Fuel Card Paid Time Off & Holidays included.

Quarterly Incentive Program:

Clear, measurable performance bonuses paid quarterly. Foremen are fully included. Total compensation (base + benefits) averages $92,500

• 107,000 per year, not including incentive pay. Growth & Stability at Milestone Milestone's Self Perform Work Building Division is its own business unit. It does select projects for our GC division but also takes on work directly from outside clients
• with separate accountability from the GC side.
