$72,800-$85,280/year base, plus quarterly bonus Milestone Construction Partners is hiring an experienced Working Foreman to lead crews on commercial carpentry projects in the Rochester area — framing, drywall, ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, casework, trim, and specialties. The role is split roughly 60% supervising and 40% hands-on, so you'll stay directly involved in the work while managing the crew. Our Self Perform division operates as its own business unit, taking on select projects for our GC division as well as work directly with outside clients. That means more variety across projects and steady, consistent work in the local market. Pay & Benefits Base salary: $72,800-$85,280/year Quarterly bonus program — clear, measurable, foremen included Health insurance (Milestone covers $8,000/year toward your plan) 401(k) with 4% company match Fuel card $750/year tool and gear allowance Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Dental, vision, and life insurance Company events What You'll Do Supervise and work alongside carpenters and laborers, setting daily goals and leading by example Perform carpentry tasks approximately 40% of the time — framing, drywall, ceilings, finish work Plan work, lead daily huddles, and coordinate with project superintendents and other trades Read drawings, perform take-offs, and plan materials and manpower Enforce safety standards and maintain quality on every job Track hours, labor budgets, and materials, documenting daily progress in Procore What You Bring A strong background in commercial carpentry and interior construction Experience leading crews as a foreman, lead carpenter, or similar Ability to read drawings, perform take-offs, and plan materials and manpower Clear communication with crews and superintendents A commitment to safety and first-time quality Growth and Stability This role can lead into a superintendent position with our GC division for those interested in advancing, and into regional opportunities as Milestone expands into new markets.
