From laser tag arenas and interactive axe throwing to electronic darts and custom attractions, every project is unique. We're looking for an experienced Lead Construction & Installation Technician to lead installation crews while building some of the most exciting entertainment venues in the industry. Compensation & Benefits Expected first-year earnings: $55,000-$77,000 First year earnings includes 20-40 hours of overtime pay per month Company-paid travel (transportation and lodging) Daily meal per diem while traveling Travel stipend Shift differential while traveling Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee discount You'll never be expected to pay travel expenses out of pocket.

arranges and pays for transportation and lodging, and provides a daily meal per diem while you're on the road. What You'll Do As the lead installer on the job site, you'll supervise a crew of 2-4 installers while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to

Lead and mentor installation crews during commercial construction projects Coordinate daily work activities and keep projects on schedule Communicate professionally with customers and

Project Managers Read and interpret construction drawings and installation plans Build and install wood, steel, plastic, and specialty attraction components Install low-voltage wiring, lighting, electronics, and interactive equipment Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, lifts, and other construction equipment Prepare materials, equipment, and shipments for upcoming installations Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools Assist with remodeling and improvement projects at LASERTRON-owned facilities Solve installation challenges in the field while maintaining exceptional workmanship Every installation is different. One project may involve constructing a multi-level laser tag arena, while the next could be installing interactive axe throwing, electronic darts, or other custom entertainment attractions. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, carpentry, remodeling, electrical, low-voltage installation, or a related skilled trade Previous experience leading crews or supervising projects is preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools safely Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills with customers and teammates Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Willingness to travel throughout the U.S., with occasional international travel.
