Job Description Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a team of over 10 workers in delivering safe and high-quality electrical systems for our customers. This role involves overseeing complex control system projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and providing hands-on leadership to the electrical team. The Electrical Foreman will report directly to the Project Manager and may occasionally travel locally to job sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical installation and repair work Manage and troubleshoot complex control systems Install raceway, cable tray systems, and electrical fixtures Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety codes Coordinate and provide guidance to a team of 10+ electricians Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical wiring and systems Collaborate with project management and report progress regularly Foster a safe and efficient working environment Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in electrical work, including electrical installation Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities Demonstrated team leadership and supervision skills Thorough knowledge of safety compliance and quality control standards
