Overview We're looking for a Working Foreman who leads from the front—not from behind a desk. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your crew while directing daily construction activities, assigning work, coaching team members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience leading commercial construction crews and a strong background in skilled trades such as framing, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, steel framing, or similar areas. Responsibilities Lead daily construction activities while working alongside your crew. Perform hands-on construction work and demonstrate proper techniques and craftsmanship. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is organized and completed efficiently. Train, coach, and mentor team members on construction methods and safety practices. Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship throughout the build process. Identify and resolve issues that impact safety, quality, or schedule. Maintain accountability for safety standards, company procedures, and team performance. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in commercial construction, skilled trades, or a related construction environment. Previous experience leading crews while actively performing the work. Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a safe, productive work environment. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
