This is NOT a lawn maintenance position. For more than 30 years , we've designed and built one-of-a-kind ponds, waterfalls, streams, retaining walls, excavation projects, and custom landscapes throughout Oklahoma. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to help uphold that reputation. Every project is different. Every day brings a new challenge. At the end of the day, you'll be able to stand back and say, "I built that." We're looking for skilled craftsmen—not just workers. Our projects become private backyard showpieces that homeowners enjoy for decades. What You'll Do Lead a construction crew from start to finish. Work alongside your crew while setting the pace and standard for quality. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment. Build custom landscape and outdoor construction projects. Communicate professionally with homeowners. Keep projects organized, on schedule, and built correctly. Solve problems in the field and make sound decisions. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience leading landscape or outdoor construction crews. Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators. Experience pulling and backing trailers. Experience driving larger trucks (CDL not required, but we'd love it if you had it). Strong leadership and communication skills. Pride in producing exceptional work. A positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Requirements Valid driver's license. Pass background check and drug screening. Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly. Ability to work outdoors in Oklahoma weather. Stable employment history (two consecutive years with the same employer preferred). Verifiable work references. Must sign non-compete agreement What We Offer Average 50-55-hour work weeks with overtime. Health insurance after introductory period. Paid holidays after four years. Paid vacation after one year.
