Tulsa, Oklahoma Pay:
$25-$35 based on experience Tulco Demolition is hiring an experienced working foreman to lead crews on demolition jobs throughout the Tulsa area. We're looking for someone who can take charge of a jobsite, work alongside the crew, and make sure the job is done safely and cleaned up properly. Our work includes interior and exterior demolition, concrete removal, cleanouts, and debris hauling. The projects change, but the expectation stays the same: show up prepared, lead the crew well, and take pride in the finished job. What you'll do Lead the crew, assign work, and keep the job moving. Review the scope of work and communicate questions or unexpected conditions. Work hands-on with the crew when needed. Drive a company pickup and tow, back, park, and safely load a dump trailer. Oversee safe use of tools and equipment, site protection, debris removal, and cleanup. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and the Tulco team. Report daily progress and any issues that affect the job. What you'll bring Experience leading a demolition or construction crew. Hands-on demolition experience and sound jobsite safety judgment. Proven ability to drive a pickup with a trailer, including backing it into jobsites. A valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Reliability, clear communication, and the ability to keep a crew productive. Experience operating a skid steer, removing concrete, or working on interior demolition projects is a plus.
