We self-perform concrete, civil, and interior work, and we're adding a field leader to run our concrete jobs. The Role You'll run the site day to day and own safety, schedule, and quality on the pour. You'll report directly to the owner. What You'll Do Lead the concrete crew on site: forming, rebar, placement, finishing, and curing Plan each day's work, manpower, and material deliveries so pours happen on schedule Check layout, grades, and forms before every pour Coordinate pump trucks, ready-mix, testing, and inspections Run daily safety talks and keep the site OSHA compliant Submit daily logs, photos, and quantities to the office Flag schedule, scope, or cost problems before they grow Requirements 5+ years in commercial concrete, with 2+ years running a crew as foreman or superintendent Experience with flatwork, footings, and slab-on-grade Can read plans and run layout Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work outdoors and on your feet all day Nice to Have Experience with site concrete, curb, or public work Bilingual (English/Spanish) OSHA 30 (or willing to get it within 60 days) To Apply Send your resume, or a short list of jobs you've run, through Indeed.
