Atlas manages 15 100+ unit complexes. We strive for Disney-level customer service, look to minimize costs, and seek to exceed expectations. We are looking for an energetic Journeyman Plumber to help serve our Tulsa and Muskogee apartment complexes.

The position involves:

Diagnosing and completing tenant work orders Conducting preventative maintenance Communicating with Operations and Property Managers to prioritize daily tasks Commuting to different properties around the Tulsa area to complete work 40+ hours guaranteed, with overtime pay

Qualifications:

Must possess a Plumbing Contractor license that is active through OKCBI Must have all necessary hand tools to perform the job Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Must have reliable transportation to use to travel between Tulsa and Muskogee Must be willing to respond to occasional emergency calls after-hours and on weekends Three plus years plumbing experience preferred Experience with diagnosing and repairing boilers and slab leaks preferred Must have reliable vehicle - all mileage will be reimbursed
