Job Description
Lead the Crew. Own the Work. Windwave is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on telecommunications and infrastructure construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily work, keeping crews productive and safe, and ensuring work is completed according to project plans and quality standards. The right candidate is an experienced equipment operator and field leader who can organize a jobsite, communicate clearly with their crew and Project Manager, and solve problems as they arise.
