Electrical Foreman Bigfoot Staffing - 5.0 Tigard, OR Job Details From $48 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits AD&D insurance Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Electrical License Full Job Description Electrical Foreman - Multifamily Construction BigFoot Staffing is partnering with a well-established electrical and mechanical contractor to find an experienced Electrical Foreman for multifamily new-construction projects throughout the Willamette Valley. This position is ideal for an Oregon-licensed electrician with extensive foreman experience who can lead field crews, coordinate installations, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Compensation:
Starting at $48+ per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do Lead electrical crews on multifamily new-construction projects Plan daily field activities and assign work based on project priorities Monitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and schedule performance Install and oversee the installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels Coordinate underground and in-ground conduit installations Oversee lighting and lighting-control system installations Install and supervise wiring systems, including NMB, MC, single-conductor cable, EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit Install and oversee low-voltage systems Troubleshoot electrical wiring, lighting, equipment, and devices Read and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams Coordinate with project leadership, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades Ensure work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety requirements Train and support journeymen, apprentices, and laborers in the field Identify material, equipment, and manpower needs before they affect the schedule What We're Looking For Current Oregon electrical license At least five years of experience working as an Electrical Foreman Strong multifamily or commercial new-construction experience Demonstrated ability to lead crews and coordinate field operations Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes Ability to read construction drawings and plan work from project documents Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Basic English proficiency sufficient to understand safety requirements, follow instructions, and communicate with coworkers, vendors, contractors, and inspectors Benefits Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match Six paid holidays and paid time off Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance Internal training and professional-development opportunities Bonus program Ready to Apply?
