This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operating shotcrete equipment, managing crew members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with shotcrete application, strong leadership ability, and a commitment to precision and craftsmanship. Learn more at foundationsfirstnw.com Key Responsibilities Operate shotcrete equipment and apply shotcrete safely Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew on projects. Oversee daily job site operations including safety walk, setup, material, productivity and completion. Ensure proper surface prep, application techniques, and finishing standards are met. Communicate daily with management regarding job progress, challenges, and timelines. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a safety-first job site culture. Perform hands-on work leading the crew, this is a working foreman role. Track and document job progress, materials, and crew time. Train and mentor crew members on shotcrete techniques and job site expectations. Qualifications 2+ years of shotcrete experience. 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role. Ability to read and interpret plans, engineering details, and job instruction, or wiling to learn. Comfortable working in tight spaces, including crawl spaces when necessary. Strong leadership and communication skills with both crew members, management and customers. Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Will be required to drive company vehicles. No specific certifications required, but ACI or shotcrete certifications are a plus.
