Work with small crews of 2-6 electricians in a commercial setting such as restaurants, medical facilities, office buildings, and retail establishments. Full benefits package available. Position Summary An Electrical Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew to successfully complete projects in a way that complies with safety regulations, customer expectations and specifications, federal, state and local ordinances, and within Axcess' time and financial objectives Major Responsibilities Leading and directing a crew of 1-6 electricians and/or laborers through a series of tasks to complete an electrical project Gathering project details from Project Manager/entering time and material usage into project tracking system/providing schedule, resource, and task updates to Project Managers Performing as a crew member under the leadership of a peer foreman or completing tasks on the projects under your responsibility Completing shop tasks, safety training, job training, other duties as assigned by managers Train and lead the crew members Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position of a Electrical crew
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrician preferred
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record Working Conditions This position requires the ability to:
• Work outside
• Work in loud manufacturing facilities while wearing proper safety equipment
• Lift at least 50 pounds multiple times through the shift
• Work some weekends and holidays if project requires it
• Travel if project requires it
• Use ladders, lifts and scaffold Requirements Previous training or experience as an electrician Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to direct a team of electricians
