Job Description Hayden Power Group seeks a Substation Working Foreman/Superintendent to lead high-voltage electrical construction for commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise field crews, plan and coordinate daily work, and ensure safe, high-quality installation of substation equipment, foundations, grounding, and control wiring. Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with project managers and engineers.
