Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead our restoration teams in providing top-tier cleaning, sanitation, and restoration services. This role involves supervising staff, managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a crew while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This role reports to the Production Manager. Duties Lead and supervise restoration crews during cleaning, sanitation, and restoration projects across commercial and residential sites Complete all necessary field paperwork, photos, and general project documentation for the office team and project stakeholders Coordinate daily job activities, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects remain on schedule while communicating progress with the Production Manager. Lead by example by maintaining a safe, organized, and professional job site Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition Ensure all job documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time Identify additional project needs and communicate them promptly to the Production Manager Mentor and develop Restoration Technicians to improve performance and prepare them for advancement Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and provide updates on progress Ensure compliance with all relevant restoration protocols and company policies Skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
IICRC WRT
certification Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Ability to work after hours, weekends, and on-call as needed. Experience using restoration software (such as MICA) is a plus. Proven experience in the restoration industry Knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration best practices Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles in customer service settings Excellent documentation skills, including the use of email and software apps Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of project execution Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful restoration projects while fostering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused work environment. Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
