This Landscape Installation Foreman leadership role is responsible for directing daily field operations and guiding field crews through the successful execution of residential and commercial landscaping projects. The professional in this position will coordinate closely with the Project Manager, ensuring all installations meet rigorous quality standards while providing transparent, ongoing updates to property owners. Organize daily operational plans, delegate specific tasks to team members, and enforce strict safety protocols. Supervise overall project quality, proactively resolve on-site challenges, and seamlessly modify project schedules when necessary. Serve as the primary field liaison, communicating project progress clearly to both clients and the Project Manager. Maintain exceptionally organized and safe job sites while meticulously tracking crew hours, project milestones, and material consumption for daily reporting. Execute hands-on landscape installation tasks alongside the team to ensure project deadlines and quality metrics are met. Deliver comprehensive on-the-job mentorship and training to crew members to elevate overall team capabilities. Requirements Demonstrated professional background in complex landscape installation and direct crew supervision. Exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities to efficiently navigate project hurdles. Proven capacity to successfully coordinate project schedules, effectively allocate resources, and maintain strict compliance with safety regulations. A dedicated, hands-on work ethic paired with a sharp attention to detail in all aspects of exterior craftsmanship.
