Plumbing Service Supervisor:

Support technicians in the field by troubleshooting issues over the phone or on-site (travel within ~45 minutes of Manheim). Help train, coach, & develop the service team to improve performance and consistency. Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on technician skill level and job needs. Prepare technicians for upcoming jobs by reviewing the scope, challenges, and expectations. Act as a liaison between the service manager and field technicians. Step into the field as needed to assist with service calls and keep jobs moving. Contribute to process improvements, technical training, and strong customer relationships.

5+ years of plumbing experience; ServiceTitan experience a plus (training provided); basic computer skills required.
