Job Description
Company Overview Stone Fortress is a full-service real estate acquisition and renovation company based in Milton, PA. We purchase distressed and underperforming properties — from single-family homes and duplexes to apartment buildings, commercial properties, trailer parks, and campgrounds — and execute comprehensive renovations, often rebuilding down to the studs. Once a property is transformed, we either sell it or add it to our growing rental portfolio, which now spans 650+ residential and commercial units. We move fast, build right, and manage long-term — and we're looking for skilled people who take the same pride in their work that we take in every property we touch. Overview This is a working field leadership position — not a desk job. You'll be on-site every day, leading and executing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work across commercial and industrial projects. As the highest-ranking MEP authority on site, you bring both hands-on HVAC expertise and the ability to coordinate every trade around you. The right candidate leads by example: tools in hand, boots on the ground, with the experience to direct every trade with authority. Duties Serve as primary field authority over all MEP trades — electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls Sequence trade work to prevent conflicts and maintain project schedule Resolve field conflicts using BIM models or manual coordination Interface with inspectors, AHJs, and utilities for permits and approvals Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and crew coordination meetings Monitor and enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies Mentor foremen and journeymen; identify training and career development opportunities Maintain daily field reports, manpower logs, and work-in-place documentation Qualifications EPA Section 608 Universal
