As a CNA at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be an essential member of our care team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff Maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
