• Foreman who can confidently lead and manage a crew in the greater Philadelphia, PA area. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that projects get done in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you can expect to work a flexible schedule of between 45-55 hours/wk. We offer this position an annual salary of $80,000
• 100,000/year, based upon experience and a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of experience in residential construction 1 year crew leadership experience preferred Able to read plans and blueprints, withstand Mother Nature's tactics, and lift, climb, stretch and complete other job-specific tasks Strong leadership ability
