Full Job Description Overview:

We are a small tech driven residential real estate service company looking for a construction team for our property management team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and improvement of our properties.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus. Proven experience as a construction technician or similar role in property management or construction. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
