We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers at both Foreman and Junior Foreman levels to join our growing team of residential construction laborers and contractors. These are not entry-level roles; we are looking for individuals who can take ownership of job sites, lead crews, drive production, and uphold high standards without constant oversight. Ideal candidates are hands-on construction leaders who balance execution with accountability, take pride in developing others, and are motivated to play a key role in transforming communities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day job site operations, ensuring residential construction projects stay on schedule and on budget Supervise, coach, and hold crew members accountable for performance, quality, and safety Plan work ahead, anticipate challenges, and proactively solve problems in the field Execute and oversee tasks including drywall, painting, cabinetry, and general carpentry Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Coordinate with management and finance to align on timelines, scope, and priorities Inspect all work to ensure it meets RE360 quality standards; a 'no rework' mentality Train and develop crew members, helping elevate overall team skill level Take full ownership of assigned projects from start to finish Leadership Expectations (What Sets You Apart) You lead from the front, working alongside your crew while setting the pace and standard You do not wait for direction You identify what needs to be done and make it happen You hold your team accountable while earning their respect You communicate clearly, directly, and professionally with both crews and leadership You take pride in delivering finished projects that you would stand behind personally You stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions in the field Qualifications 3+ years (Junior Foreman) / 5+ years (Foreman) of hands-on construction and residential renovation experience Minimum 1 year prior experience leading crews or running job sites required Strong working knowledge of drywall, caulking, plastering, and general renovation techniques Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and drive productivity Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Your own hand tools

Compensation Junior Foreman:

$22

• 25 per hour

Foreman:

$26

• 30 per hour $500 SIGNING BONUS
• paid after 6 months of employment Optional (and encouraged!) overtime on Fridays Schedule Monday
• Thursday; 4-10 hour shifts
