Position Summary The Residential Roofing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and leading a roofing crew on residential projects. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards and manufacturer specifications. The Foreman acts as the on-site leader, trainer, and primary point of communication between the crew, project management, and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Lead & supervise residential roofing crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity Oversee installations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications Ensure quality control by inspecting work and correcting issues as needed Enforce safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE and fall protection Communicate with management, crew, and homeowners on job progress and issues Manage materials & equipment to minimize waste and keep jobs running efficiently Benefits $2,500 sign on Bonus $50 attendance bonus every 2 weeks $50 monthly incentive for Safety Report Completion Jobsite Bonus Incentive paid quarterly Yearly raises Health, Vision, & Dental - available after 90 days Paid Holidays after 90 days Paid Time Off 401k Opportunity to move up Why This Role Matters At Burns and Scalo, the Residential Roofing Foreman is critical to ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.
