Blueprint:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to support and lead on-site operations in coordination with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can help drive the day-to-day field execution, manage crews, and keep work progressing safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This person should be a self-starter who takes ownership of their scope while working as part of a larger project team.
What You'll Build:
Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute the project plan, providing daily on-site leadership to field crews and subcontractors Coordinate and oversee assigned phases of construction from start through closeout, managing workflow, sequencing, and manpower to support the project schedule Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution — identifying and resolving field issues quickly to avoid delays or rework Conduct daily huddles and communicate regularly with the Superintendent and Project Manager on progress, challenges, and solutions Monitor quality of work to meet company and client expectations Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance Track materials, equipment, and deliveries to support uninterrupted workflow Maintain an organized, professional jobsite and perform hands-on carpentry, finish work, and punch list tasks as needed

Foundation :
5+ years of commercial construction experience with prior foreman or lead experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage crews and hold accountability Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices; ability to read and interpret construction documents Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and adapt to changing conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus More Than a
