Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day-to-day job-site operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can effectively manage crews, coordinate work in the field, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who understands construction operations, can read plans, communicates well with both field and management teams, and is willing to work alongside the crew when needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, lead, and coordinate daily activities of field crews.
  • Plan daily work and assign employees, equipment, and resources to specific tasks.
  • Provide hands-on field leadership and assist crews when necessary.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Monitor daily production and ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Track labor, materials, equipment usage, and project progress.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other trades.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, employee hours, job-site documentation, and progress information.
  • Monitor material and equipment needs and communicate upcoming requirements to management.
  • Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper PPE use.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and safe job site.
  • Identify field conflicts, constructability concerns, and potential delays and communicate them promptly.
  • Help resolve job-site issues before they impact the project schedule or budget.
  • Maintain accountability, productivity, and quality among field crews.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of construction experience , including Foreman, Assistant Foreman, or Crew Lead experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate field crews.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, equipment, and job-site safety.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan daily activities and keep crews productive.
  • Comfortable communicating with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades.
  • Ability to maintain accurate field documentation and daily reports.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when project schedules require it.

Position:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend work as project needs require. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the job site , leads by example, communicates problems early, and understands that successful projects depend on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
