Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for local and traveling positions! We offer great benefits and opportunity for growth within the company. In this role, you will lead crews in the field on commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating daily work activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Requirements Lead, supervise, and work alongside electrical crews to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality work. Coordinate daily job site activities and execute work plans provided by the Superintendent or Project Manager. Assist with planning manpower, materials, and equipment needs to maintain productivity and workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to guide installation. Perform and oversee electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, controls, and equipment connections. Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards. Monitor crew productivity and assist in maintaining project schedules. Identify and communicate field issues, delays, or material needs to project leadership. Maintain clear communication with project managers, superintendents, and team members. Enforce job site safety standards, participate in safety meetings, and promote a strong safety culture. Mentor and train journeymen and apprentices to develop team skills and performance. Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow. Maintain accurate job documentation including daily reports, manpower tracking, and field updates. Qualifications 4+ years of electrical construction experience with leadership responsibility Previous Foreman or lead electrician experience preferred Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical work Strong knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and best electrical practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while leading a crew Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive pay + shift premiums Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) & Roth Options with company match Vos Electric, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
