In addition, there will be a requirement to perform maintenance on rental units. Summary We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team at Hendricks Investments. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship that aligns with our commitment to excellence in property management. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Perform tasks such as drywall installation, painting, door hanging, and concrete forming. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members to assess project needs and develop effective solutions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all stages of the remodeling process. Perform maintenance on rental properties as necessary Requirements Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields. Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, concrete forming, and painting techniques. Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with construction estimating is a plus but not required.
