Description Part-Time Administrative Assistant - 108442 Our client is seeking a highly organized and compassionate professional to support daily operations and client coordination in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role involves frequent communication, scheduling, and administrative oversight while supporting individuals and families navigating complex healthcare and aging-related needs.
Schedule:
Part-time (10-20 hours per week) | Additional hours available to assist with client transportation needsPay:
$17.00+/hour (based on experience)Status:
Direct Hire opportunity Key Responsibilities Manage shared inboxes and prioritize team communications Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and client follow-ups Coordinate and adjust schedules, often with short notice Track client activity and tasks within internal systems Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete for billing Support client onboarding, including referrals and agreement processing Communicate with medical offices to assist with care coordination Enter and update client information across platforms and portals Assist with virtual session scheduling and basic social media support Qualifications Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email) Ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Adaptable and responsive in a fast-moving environment Professional, compassionate approach when handling sensitive topics If you're looking for a role where organization meets purpose, and where your work directly supports meaningful outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
