Advisory Compensation:
$40.00 - $60.00 / hr field work + Monthly Qualifier Retainer + Revenue Share About Us We are a well-capitalized 24/7 residential electrical emergency & repair company launching our U.S. division in Florida, backed by a leading European home-service group. We are seeking a Florida Licensed Master Electrician or Certified Electrical Contractor to serve as our Qualifying Agent and partner with us in launching our Sunshine State operations. Flexible Arrangement Options We tailor the role to your professional goals: Option A (Active Lead Tech): Serve as Qualifier AND lead emergency repair calls in the field. (Highest earning potential for active field professionals). Option B (Advisory / Oversight): Serve as Qualifier, pull permits, and oversee code compliance while our team handles daily service calls. Option C (Partner): Revenue-share model tying your credential directly to corporate growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as official Qualifying Agent for our company with the Florida DBPR. Pull local county/city permits and sign off on residential code compliance. Perform or supervise residential troubleshooting, panel upgrades, short circuit repairs, and emergency calls. Ensure all work adheres to NFPA 70 (NEC) and Florida Residential Building Codes. Requirements Active Florida Master Electrician License OR Certified Electrical Contractor in good standing. Eligible and willing to act as Qualifying Agent for a new entity. Strong background in residential troubleshooting & emergency service work (no heavy industrial/commercial required). Reside in Florida (preference for Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Fort Myers, or Naples areas).
Compensation & Support Competitive Base Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 / hour for active field work.
Guaranteed Monthly Retainer:
Fixed monthly income for license qualification if you prefer an advisory-only role.
Sales Commission:
% Revenue share on overall residential service volume.
