What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and manage electrical crews on commercial job sites. Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and manpower to keep projects on track. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installations. Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and company standards. Oversee layout, conduit runs, wire pulls, terminations, lighting, and equipment installations. Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades. Promote a safety-first culture , conducting daily safety meetings and site inspections. Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen, helping them advance their skills and careers. Track progress, report daily production, and identify potential issues early. What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role. Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred but not required. Deep knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC requirements, and construction processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, crews, and deadlines. Tech-friendly mindset — comfortable with tablets, project apps, or digital timekeeping.
