Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and lead the charge in maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily landscape and grounds maintenance activities, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality results. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence in every task. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews to ensure timely completion of projects, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds upkeep Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to ensure proper care and health of landscape features Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles Manage safety protocols on-site to protect team members and clients during outdoor work activities Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant identification and grounds management Supervising or team management experience within outdoor or landscaping environments Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices Skilled in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, hardscape tools, and construction machinery Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; experience with grounds maintenance is essential Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to manage crew members effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful landscaping projects while fostering a collaborative team environment.
