We are seeking a high-level professional who is ready to trade the administrative headaches of business ownership for the craft of elite homebuilding. If you are looking to relocate to the South for a better quality of life while maintaining a six-figure income on the most prestigious projects in the region, this is your next chapter. Company Overview Schap's Sourcing is searching for a Field Supervisor to join a respected custom home builder specializing exclusively in ultra-luxury residential projects valued at $10M+. Our client is dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities Dedicated Site Management:
Serve as the daily onsite lead for a single, multi-million dollar project.
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and logistics to ensure timeline precision.
Personnel Leadership:
Supervise all subcontractors and the client's in-house field employees.
Hands-on Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of framing and trim work; you must be willing and able to pick up tools to resolve a complex issue if the situation demands it.
Qualifications & Profile The Seasoned Veteran:
You likely have decades of experience. Whether you previously ran your own company or served as a high-level Super, you possess an encyclopedic knowledge of construction. The "Figure It Out"
Mentality:
You aren't intimidated by architectural complexity. You are motivated by unique work and have a passion for "the build."
Work Ethic:
You are an early riser who leads by example. This is a demanding role that typically requires a 50-hour work week.
Pay:
From $170,000.00 per year
