Job Description Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects in the Rock Hill, SC area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can read electrical plans, coordinate crews, maintain jobsite safety, and make sure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices, and helpers. Manage daily electrical field operations and crew assignments. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications. Layout and install conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels, equipment, and electrical systems. Ensure work is completed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and safety requirements. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades. Track materials, tools, manpower, and job progress. Troubleshoot electrical installation issues in the field. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Train and mentor less-experienced electricians. Perform quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred. Previous Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician experience. Strong knowledge of electrical construction and the NEC. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints. Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively with project management and customers. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
OSHA 10/30
certification is a plus.
