Located just minutes from Clemson, we are proud to be Lake Keowee's premier full-service resort marina, offering everything from boat rentals and luxury waterfront stays to professional marine services and on-the-water amenities. Position Summary As an Experienced Marine Service Foreman, you'll play a key role in overseeing our marine service operations. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance, and help uphold the exceptional service standards that Keowee Marina is known for. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the marine service department. Lead and mentor a team of technicians to deliver top-notch service. Oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of boats to ensure quality and safety. Communicate with customers to provide updates on service progress and address any concerns. Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaborate with other departments to support overall marina operations. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in marine service or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of boat maintenance, repair, and servicing. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
