Crew Leader Pay:

(based on experience and leadership) + overtime + performance bonuses + per diem when traveling We are a well-established tennis court construction company specializing in building and renovating premium hard, clay, and cushioned courts. We're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our crews and deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of laborers and operators on tennis court installation and renovation projects Oversee site preparation, grading, drainage, base installation, surfacing (asphalt/clay), fencing, and finishing work Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications Manage daily schedules and equipment use Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members Troubleshoot issues and maintain quality control throughout each project Train and mentor crew members

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a construction foreman or lead in site work, paving, or sports court construction Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and solve problems on-site Ability to read blueprints/plans and manage project documentation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Excellent communication, safety awareness, and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
