Job Description
Field Foreman South Dakota Service Division We are looking for a motivated leader who brings both experience and initiative to the field. The ideal Field Foreman has the drive to take ownership of projects, lead by example, inspire their crew, and help push our team to the next level. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, teach, and mentor crew members to help them grow and succeed Work hands-on alongside your crew to complete projects safely and efficiently Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain productivity Complete required company/client documentation Manage tools, equipment, materials, and other jobsite resources Ensure assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good working condition Promote and enforce company safety standards at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members Qualifications Construction experience preferred Grain system/equipment installation experience preferred Welding and fabrication experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Proven leadership and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead by example Physical Requirements Ability to perform heavy physical labor in hot and cold environments Frequent walking, standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, and handling materials Ability to climb ladders and stairs regularly Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Home most nights on regional projects A strong team environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
