This is a hands-on field leadership role. We are not looking for someone to stand back and supervise from the truck. Our foremen work alongside their crews, lead by example, and are expected to be just as involved in the work as the people they are leading. What You'll Do Lead a small field crew and organize the day's work Work alongside the crew in concrete, site work, hardscaping, and general construction Keep the crew productive without sacrificing quality or safety Make sure work matches plans, measurements, and project requirements Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment Track crew hours and basic daily job information Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site Communicate problems, changes, and delays before they become bigger issues Work with the Superintendent and company leadership to keep projects on track What We're Looking For Solid construction experience Crew leadership experience strongly preferred Able to read plans, take measurements, and understand basic layout Dependable, organized, and able to think ahead Comfortable giving clear direction and holding people accountable Takes pride in quality work Willing to get dirty and work beside the crew every day Reliable transportation Why Work Here Lead real projects and have a direct impact on how the work gets done Work on a variety of concrete, site, hardscape, and infrastructure projects Work directly with company leadership Good judgment and strong field leadership get noticed Opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company grows We care about experience, but we care just as much about reliability, judgment, leadership, and quality of work.
