Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape & Pool Construction Foreman to lead our outdoor projects with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee the execution of landscaping and pool construction tasks, manage crews, ensure safety standards, and deliver exceptional results on each project. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating various aspects of outdoor construction, from hardscape installation to irrigation management. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping and pool construction crews to ensure timely project completion Oversee installation of hardscape features such as pools, patios, retaining walls, and walkways with precision and quality Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use and landscape health Identify plants, trees, and horticultural elements to ensure proper placement and care throughout projects Operate grounds maintenance equipment and company vehicles safely and efficiently on construction sites Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscape or pool construction projects with strong team management skills Extensive outdoor work experience including grounds maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and gardening Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, tree care, and grounds maintenance techniques Skilled in irrigation management, hardscape installation, and general landscaping procedures Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely along with company vehicles Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces! Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
