Job Description

Industrial Electrical Field Supervisor - Kingston, TN Structure Resources is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team for a project in Kingston, TN . We are looking for a proven electrical field leader with experience supervising crews and executing large-scale industrial electrical projects . The Field Supervisor will oversee approximately 10-20 electricians and be responsible for ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews of approximately 10-20 employees Oversee daily field operations and electrical installation activities on an industrial project Manage field performance, productivity, manpower, scheduling, and quality of work Ensure work is completed within established schedules and projected man-hours Monitor crew productivity and make adjustments as needed to maintain project goals Ensure installations meet project specifications, company quality standards, and applicable electrical codes Maintain compliance with all company and site-specific safety requirements Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for field operations Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and maintain production Schedule, participate in, and/or conduct project meetings Communicate effectively with project management, customers, subcontractors, and field personnel
Compensation:
$40-50/hr
Other Information:
60 HOURS
A WEEK DURATION 3-4 MONTHS
Requirements:
Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug/Alcohol screening Ability to pass a background check OSHA 10 (we can train if needed) Mobile Lift Cert (we can train if needed)
