Position Overview Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced CIPP Foreman to lead daily field activities and supervise crews performing trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects. This role works directly with Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality CIPP installations. The ideal candidate has hands-on CIPP experience and strong leadership skills with the ability to direct crews, operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production goals. What You'll Do Supervise daily activities of CIPP installation crews. Lead installation activities including pipe preparation, liner installation, curing, and finishing work. Assign tasks and provide direction to crew members. Operate and monitor CIPP equipment including pumps, generators, and curing systems. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications. Perform quality checks throughout installation processes. Train and coach field employees. Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company policies. Complete daily reports, inspections, and production documentation. Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower needs. Assist with troubleshooting equipment and installation challenges. Travel to job sites as needed. Required Qualifications 3+ years of CIPP, trenchless, underground utility, or heavy construction experience. Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Knowledge of CIPP installation processes. Ability to operate construction equipment and tools. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work extended hours and travel. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing CIPP installation crews.
OSHA 10/30
certification. Confined space certification. CDL is a plus. Work Schedule 10 days on / 4 days off rotation schedule This is a field-based position. Employees report directly to assigned project locations and may travel throughout the region based on project needs.
